Cancellation & Refund Policy

EmpathyEd® programs are scheduled, instructor-led educational services with limited seat availability.

Where applicable, students may cancel enrollment within 14 days of purchase, provided that training has not commenced and the student has not accessed instructional materials, attended class, or participated in labs or clinical activities.

 

Once training has commenced, all sales are final and refunds are not provided, except where required by applicable law.

 

Refunds for payments made through Klarna or other financing providers will be processed in accordance with those providers’ policies.
